send you your total.
After you submit this form, we will
review the information and we'll send you a Paypal
Invoice so that you can
pay for your order.
Please note, we cannot start creating your items until
payment is received. Through
Paypal, you can pay
for your order using any major credit card, e-check, bank
transfer, or Paypal balance
transfer; you do
not need to be a Paypal member or have a Paypal
account.
If you are
ordering more items than you have room for on this form,
please submit a second (or third, or fourth!)
form and
please make a note in the Optional Notes section to add the
order forms together for you, then we'll
only send you one
Paypal invoice.
