How do I order something from CoolPatchPants? Very simple! Take a look at our styles and choose your favorite(s). Then take a look at our Cool Fabrications and choose the look your want. Don’t forget to take a peek at our Add-A-Patch page and add a handmade applique patch if you’d like. Add your stuff to the shopping cart, pay through Paypal, and you’re done! How long will it take for me to get my stuff? Creating hand-made, one-of-a-kind garments and stuff can take some time, especially when each item is made with the love we put into our creations. So, it can take us 2 to 5 weeks to finish creating your item, then we’ll ship it and the USPS takes over - they can take up to a week for US orders, longer for International orders. Once in a while during our busiest seasons, it can take a little longer than 2 to 5 weeks to finish creating your garment, but this is rare.

What if I need my stuff by a certain date or in a hurry? Please let us know When You Order that you need your stuff by a certain date, and we’ll try to accommodate that. If we can’t get your item shipped in time, we’ll let you know. But PLEASE remember that the USPS is responsible for the amount of time it takes for your package to get to you (not us). We ship all packages with Delivery Confirmation so we can tell when your package gets to you.

What if I want something a little different than I see on your website? Contact us!!! Since all items are custom made, we can almost always accommodate your special requests. After all, it never hurts to ask!!!

Can I get matching stuff for my kids, or my significant other and me? Of course! As long as you order items at the same time, we can create matching garments, or a matching outfit. But if you don’t order them at the same time, the fabrics might not match exactly, so please keep that in mind.

Will my stuff shrink? or does it need to be washed a special way? NO - your stuff should not shrink, and it doesn’t take any special care! We prewash fabrics to minimize any possibility of shrinkage, and we take care to make sure your stuff is made to last so all you have to do is throw it in the washer and dryer and it will look great for years! (My 21yo son has some CoolPatchPants pants that he’s had for over 5 years, and they’re still great!)

Will my pants fall apart or split like some of the other patch clothes I’ve bought? NO WAY!! We use a high-quality serger with TWO layers of stitching, PLUS we add an extra row of stitching through the front/back crotch and leg inseam areas for even MORE security against splitting seams. We also double- or triple-stitch stress points like pocket corners. Our stuff is made to LAST AND LAST. Of course, any fabric will wear out eventually or if abused by harsh chemicals (like bleach or chlorine) or if left out in the bright sun excessively, but our past customers have told us again and again that their CoolPatchPants stuff is the ONLY patch stuff they have that lasts practically forever!!
