Creation and Shipping Time

Every item we make is one of a kind and created with much love, creativity, and time. We work as fast as we can, but in order to give each and every garment the attention it deserves, it can take two to five weeks for your garment to be created and turned over the the Post Office for shipping; on rare occasion during busy seasons, it might even take a little longer. Once we ship your package, please allow the USPS ample time to deliver it to you. Please be sure to let us know if you need an item by a specific date - we never want anyone to be disappointed!!

Since items are custom-made, we can’t do returns, refunds, or cancelations, and all sales are final. We’re sure you’ll LOVE your stuff from CoolPatchPants and will get TONS of compliments on everything you get from us!!

IMPORTANT shipping information

If you need your order by a specific date, PLEASE let us know so that you are not disappointed!! We will do everything possible to get your garments to you by the date you need, but please understand that all garments take time to create, and that additional time is necessary for shipping and time in transit.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We love our international customers, but shipping internationally can be quite  expensive. Therefore, if you place an international order  (located  outside the United States), in order to ensure safe and timely delivery of your package, there will be an additional  shipping  charge of $5. You may add the International Shipping charge  to your order on any of the order pages. Thank you!!
