This fun top can be worn three different ways - with back straps crossed, over the shoulder, or as a halter. Two pockets come standard, as well as one pocket applique which is included - you choose the Applique from the Patches on our Add-A-Patch. Beautiful patch top features single-print bodice, adjustable to show as little - or as much - "SEXY" as you want! Upon request, this top can also made with patch bodice instead of single-print at no additional charge. Lined bodice for modesty. Adjustable drawstring-straps allow you to gather more or less around high waist and around neckline. Waist strap ties in back; neck strap can be worn halter, criss-cross, or shoulder-strap style. This top can make a fun Maternity Top by adjusting the gathers to accommodate growing belly bump. (Typically your REGULAR clothing size in these items is fine for Maternity wear; but if you're like me and gain the weight of a small elephant during pregnancy, you may want to order one size larger for extra comfort!) |

THE Traditional “Hippie Dress”! Features a panel lower “skirt” and slightly high-waisted, single-fabric bodice. Dresses shown above include an Applique on the bodice, but the Applique is optional. This dress can be made with an “open” back that features criss-cross ribbon closure and slight elastic at back top skirt for great fit; and can also be made with a “closed” back that also features criss-cross ribbon for a more personalized fit. Our Hippie Dress can also be made “Prairie Style” by adding a wide ruffle to the bottom. Dress length is based upon our Skirt length measurements. (Short and Tall also available.) If you opt to add an Applique to the bodice, you may choose one from our Add-A-Patch page or request a special Applique be created for you. This is a highly customized item - after your order is placed, we will communicate with you to ensure your Hippie Dress is uniquely yours!
